Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the sale and purchase of products through our website, aristicparfums.nl.

Products purchased on aristicparfums.nl are sold by Aristic Parfums, a company registered in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

Aristic Parfums offers products for sale exclusively to end consumers on aristicparfums.nl. Consequently, aristicparfums.nl reserves the right not to fulfill orders from individuals who wish to purchase products for professional or business purposes.

These Terms and Conditions can be changed at any time. Revised terms and conditions are effective on the date of their publication on aristicparfums.nl.

Each time an order is placed, the Buyer will be asked to confirm that he or she accepts the Terms and Conditions in effect on that day. By submitting the order form, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Price

The prices of our products are expressed in euros. They include VAT but exclude shipping costs.

All orders must be paid in euros.

Orders shipped to countries outside of the European Union and the overseas departments and territories of the Netherlands may be subject to customs fees, local taxes, import duties and government taxes that are not the responsibility of aristicparfums.nl. If such additional charges apply, they must be borne by the buyer who is solely responsible for filing all necessary returns and making all necessary payments to the appropriate authorities and agencies in the country concerned.

aristicparfums.nl reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the products are billed on the basis of the prices valid at the time of registration of the order, subject to their availability.

Availability

Our products are offered subject to stock availability.

aristicparfums.nl will inform the Buyer, by e-mail, as soon as possible after placing an order if an ordered product is not in stock. If a product is not available, the order can be canceled by aristicparfums.nl.

Payment

Payment can only be made via the payment systems and methods offered on the website of the entrepreneur. Any costs for payment shall be borne by the consumer. The consumer is obliged to pay in the manner agreed upon by the parties.

Delivery

Products are shipped by aristicparfums.nl to the delivery address specified by the Buyer when placing his/her order.

Deliveries in the Netherlands and international deliveries are carried out by UPS, DHL, PostNL, or another reputable carrier.

The delivery costs are automatically calculated based on the chosen delivery method and appear in the total amount to be paid. The delivery costs depend on the size of the order, the geographical location where the order is to be delivered, and the chosen delivery method.

A tracking number will be emailed to the buyer after checkout. The Buyer can then track his/her package from shipment to delivery.

The Buyer must examine all goods at the time of delivery and ensure that any damage or shortage is recorded in writing on the carrier’s delivery note. Claims must then be submitted to aristicparfums.nl within 72 hours by telephone or e-mail.

Returns policy

If the buyer is not satisfied with a purchased product, aristicparfums.nl will gladly exchange it for another item.

Items must be returned by the buyer in their original unused condition and packaging within fourteen (14) days of the date the order was received, with a copy of the invoice attached. Goods must be returned to the address provided by customer service after contact.

Postage, packaging and other costs for returning are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items that are damaged or incomplete will not be exchanged and will be returned as is, at the buyer’s expense.

No exchange will be offered once the label has been removed.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the aristicparfums.nl website and its content, including text, comments, illustrations and images, are protected worldwide and are reserved.

Any other use of the dearisticparfums.nl website or its contents without prior permission from aristicparfums.nl will be considered an infringement of our rights and may lead to legal action under intellectual property laws and regulations.

Liability

The products offered for sale comply with current Dutch laws and regulations. Buyers in other countries are responsible for obtaining information from their local authorities regarding the importation or use of the products ordered.

Personal information

The Buyer is informed that all personal data and information collected when he or she places orders will be handled by aristicparfums.nl for the sole purpose of processing such orders. Under no circumstances can it be used for any other purpose.

Allergy

If you suffer from skin allergies or are allergic to perfumes, do not buy Aristic Parfums. In addition, keep in mind that perfumes can cause skin allergies when used in combination with the sun. We take no responsibility or liability for any possible allergic reaction resulting from using/wearing Aristic Parfums purchased through this site. We have taken great care to use ingredients that meet the standards of the perfume industry.

Applicable law / disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Dutch Court of Appeal.
